Stephanie Williams is the Customer Relationship Executive for East Coast Finance and Asset Manager clients. Based in New York, she helps onboard new clients and ensure existing clients are leveraging their subscription to Oxford Economics' research.

Prior to joining Oxford, Stephanie worked with large buyout private equity firms in their due dilligences by connecting them to indsutry professionals.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian from Brigham Young University.

Stephen leads a team of economists who assess the economic and social footprint of a variety of different investments, companies, and industries at the global, national and local level. He has led engagements for corporations, financial institutions, government organisations, trade associations, charities, and universities across the world.

Stephen has also worked on Oxford’s Global Industry Service where he was responsible for forecasting the global transport sector, leading Oxford Economics' industry research, and managing consultancy projects for industrial organisations.

Stephen joined Oxford Economics from the UK civil service, where he worked on a range of macroeconomic, fiscal, tax and welfare policy issues across HM Treasury, the Office for Budget Responsibility and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Stephen is part of the Industry team where he is responsible for the extraction sector forecasts and contributes to the monthly commodity price forecasts for iron and steel. Stephen joined Oxford Economics in January 2018 after completing his MSc in finance and econometrics at Queen Marys University of London.

Stephen manages the Air Passenger Forecast service which offers short- and long-term forecasts of air passenger flow for almost 4,000 routes and total flows for 183 countries, as well as alternative forecast scenarios for strategic decision-making. He has developed and maintained various bespoke forecast models for a range of clients from across the travel and tourism space as well as regularly contributing to the team's consultancy output.

Stephen holds a First Class Economics with Politics degree from the University of Ulster.

Sundus manages research programs for the Thought Leadership team, focusing on topics like generative AI, customer experiences, sustainability, and the future of work. She is involved in all aspects of research, from drafting hypotheses and designing global executive, employee, and consumer surveys to analyzing large datasets and reporting on the results in briefing papers and graphics. She also has experience conducting interviews, writing case studies, and presenting her research in webinars.

Sundus graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 with degrees in Public Policy and Economics.

Economist, Macro Forecasting & Analysis

Suzan holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the Faculty of Foreign Trade Egypt. With more than 40 years of progressive, comprehensive experience as an accounting professional Suzan has a demonstrated ability to effectively plan, coordinate and meet deadlines of multiple projects.

Suzan has extensive knowledge of accounting procedures, concepts and reporting. Her broad-based analytical skills cover most aspects of accounting, administration and corporate matters.

Tacye joined Oxford Economics' Economic Impact team in 2023. Prior to joining, she completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Cambridge. Her research focused on understanding the impacts of trade policy uncertainty.

She has previously worked at the Bank of England Structural Economics Division and Barclays' Economic Research team. She was also a teaching fellow at the University of Cambridge Faculty of Economics and Judge Business School.

Tamás works closely with our corporate clientele in the manufacturing industries, emphasizing the provision of cost-effective solutions to businesses located in Central and Eastern Europe. His methodology revolves around comprehending our clients' strategic objectives and the practical scenarios where Oxford Economics can provide solutions.

Before becoming a part of Oxford Economics, Tamás acquired his expertise in technology and software, with a primary emphasis on client satisfaction and nurturing relationships. In addition to his Master's degree in Economics, Tamás is proficient in several languages, including Hungarian, German, and English, among others.

Tatiana joined OE in May 2021. From 2017 to 2021, she ran her own macroeconomic research boutique, Emerginomics, as the Founder and Chief Economist, specializing in coverage of selected ex-USSR economies.

From 2012 to 2016, she worked as Director in CEEMEA Research at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Previously, she was employed as an emerging market economist in three other major investment banks (Credit Suisse, ING, and Nomura).

Tatiana holds an MSc in Economics from the LSE (2001) and Diploma in Economics with Distinction from the LSE (2000). From 1988 to 1994, she studied Applied Mathematics at the Moscow University of Electronics and Mathematics.

Tawana joined the administration team in January 2023 based in our Oxford office.

She helps assist the admin team with daily tasks in the office and also helps support our global offices.

Thalma is a lead economist & editor within the team focusing on Africa. She is particularly interested in macroeconomic research and risk analysis of sub-Saharan African countries. Thalma joined the company in February 2007. Thalma's qualifications include a master's degree in Chemistry and a master's degree in Business Management and Administration (MBA) from Stellenbosch University. Thalma obtained both her honours and master's degrees in Business Management and Administration cum laude and has published articles in internationally accredited journals in the scientific and economic fields. Before joining the company in February 2007, Thalma managed bio-analytical services development at a biotechnology firm.

Thang Nguyen-Quoc, Ph.D. leads Oxford Economics Asia’s Macro consulting team in Singapore. In this capacity, he supports clients with carrying out bespoke forecast and scenario modelling, as well as thought-leadership reports on trade and green transition. His core expertise is in policy analysis related to international trade and investment. His doctoral thesis evaluated the impacts of digitalization, protectionism and regionalism on the trade patterns of developing countries, using a range of econometric techniques.

Prior to joining OE in 2022, Thang spent a decade delivering flagship economic reports on Asian and African economies at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He also worked in various roles at the World Bank, National Academy of Social Sciences (US), and Vietnam Commercial Bank. He got a Ph.D. in International Economics from University Paris-Dauphine, M.Sc. from Barcelona School of Economics and B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Theng Theng Tan is an Economist with the Macro Consulting, Asia team. Prior to this, she was with the Macro Investor and Services team, where she covered Vietnam and provided macroeconomic analyses of country and broader regional trends. Before joining OE, Theng Theng was a public policy researcher with the Khazanah Research Institute, a think tank funded by the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund, Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Theng Theng holds an MSc Economic Policy degree with University College London.

Theo is an economist at Oxford Economics Africa and joined the company in 2023. He is responsible for providing macroeconomic research, forecasts and analysis on several Central and Eastern African countries, while also regularly working on ad-hoc consulting projects. Theo has a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch and worked as the in-house economist for a stockbroker in Namibia before joining Oxford Economics Africa.

Tom has two years of experience in economic consulting, focusing on providing insightful research and quantitative solutions that are communicated clearly and effectively to all stakeholders with strategic interests across Europe, the Middle East and Australia. He has experience in cost escalation, macroeconomic analysis and forecasts, the housing market and producing reports for various subscription services.

Thomas is part of Oxford Economics' Macroeconomics Consulting team based in New York. He produces scenario analysis, forecasts, and data visualisations across a range of industries to help clients navigate the tumultuous economic environment.

Since joining Oxford Economics in 2017, Thomas has gained extensive experience in constructing large globally integrated macroeconomic models for countries across multiple regions, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. Other experience includes conducting economic impact research and forecasting the economic contribution of the Travel & Tourism industry across 185 countries on behalf of the World Travel and Tourism Council, as well as carbon policy impacts on cargo flows at the Port of London and Rotterdam. Thomas has a first-class undergraduate degree in Economics with finance from Queen’s University Belfast and during his time at university, he received awards in recognition of his high level of achievement, namely graduating top of his cohort.

Tim is a Senior Economist in the Latin America macro team in Mexico City, responsible for country-level forecasts as well as broader LatAm research. Previously he worked in our Global Macro and our Scenarios and Macro Modelling teams. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Tim gained experience as an economist in the UK Civil Service. He holds a master's degree in macroeconomics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Bath.

Tim is a senior economist in the Economic Impact Consulting team. During his time here, Tim has worked on a number of economic impact projects focusing on the technology, aviation, and creative sectors. This includes studies for IFPI, SAP, Huawei, Motability, and National Grid.

Outside of his time at Oxford Economics, Tim was previously a Senior Consultant within the Economics, Technology, and Innovation team at RSM UK, where he undertook projects for the UK government around 5G and the semiconductor manufacturing sector. Tim also has experience working on technology and data-focused projects within the banking sector, and holds an MSc in Economics (Distinction) from the Queen’s University Belfast.
