Richard has over 30 years’ experience providing transport planning advice and infrastructure advisory services, with a particular focus on highway traffic and revenue forecasting and economic appraisal projects. He has led dozens of demand forecasting projects around the world. He has managed numerous large traffic modelling projects, many with major data collection programs, and is familiar with various modelling software including SATURN, EMME, and Visum. He has worked on highway projects across the world including the USA, Canada, Europe (UK, Ireland, France, Portugal, Georgia, Greece, Poland, Slovakia), Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, South Korea, Chile, Belize, and Brazil. Richard has experience working on several projects in the US, including studies in Texas, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Virginia and Washington DC.
